Joshua Roar is a U.S. Army veteran and former Combat Engineer with two deployments to Afghanistan. His military service instilled in him a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, and resilience—principles that continue to guide his personal life and entrepreneurial ventures.

Following his military career, Joshua earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology with a specialization in Strength and Conditioning. Over the years, he has built a distinguished coaching career, working with a wide range of individuals and organizations. His experience includes roles at West Chester University, Villanova University, the University of Kentucky, Maui High School, and within the private sector. He also served as a military performance contractor, training elite F-15E fighter pilots.

Driven by a passion for leadership, performance, and purposeful living, Joshua co-founded Steele Roar—an initiative focused on building high-impact solutions that reflect strength, integrity, and authenticity. Joshua is committed to helping others pursue excellence and live with intentionality with the team of Steele Roar.
